Sigh, why does amazon.com deal with airborne/USPS?
Still haven't received my new Dr Who DVDs yet. I've contacted Airborne (who checked and said they were delivered and said I should check with amazon.com if they still haven't arrived), my landlady (who said nothing arrived), and the USPS (who wouldn't bother listening to me, those customer-serviceless creeps).

So I've e-mailed amazon.com asking what else can be done about the situation.

At this point, I'm probably going to stick to local stores for now on, even if there's no tax and amazon.com offers great pre-release discounts. I don't like things happening, and my guess is that the mail carrier lost the package and simply "pulled a Bush*" (lied) and said he had delivered it.

It would be nice if amazon.com would re-send the package at no cost to me, but that certainly won't happen.

And if Best Buy noticed people buy the product at their store, they'll be sure to continue doing so in the future.
