Budweiser: playing off of xenophobia.

Miller: playing off of... um... politicophobia?

1. Yes.
Because both beers are absolutely horrible. Only a bum with a fist full of nickles in a 7-11 that's sold out of Mad Dog 20/20 would want to drink either.

Fucking savages.

2. Hey, we don't drink EITHER
Edited on Thu Jun-24-04 12:14 AM by Argumentus
They're too expensive. It's either Icehouse or Red Dog in the 24oz. cans ( a dollar each). I used to drink Steel Reserve in the 24oz can, as it's a malt liquor (higher alcohol) but with a beer taste, but even I have my limits now.

With money I drink other things -- I've a taste for the sweet Haollande1620, and nothing beats a good Guiness. Oh, and I prefer the term "frugal" to "bum."

3. I though Millers was stupid
Busweiser was simply responding, and did so wonderfully, imo.

4. No, I like Miller's ads.
Mainly because the Coors family is a bunch of rightwing aristocratic Republican fundraisers, and I think that's what Miller is poking fun at.
