3. Probably...But I'm not a big Moore fan...

You can flame me all you want about this, but I think Mike's almost the left-wing version of Rush. As a student of, and fan of, the hard-core traditional notion of "cinema-verite," I have found too many instances where Moore has done a nearly con-man's job of editing in his past films. (I've seen them all, and interviewed him twice about them.) Also, I find his "take" on things to be sometimes wildly inconsistent and frankly opportunistic.

I appreciate the shit he's kicking up. It needs to be done. And it's one truth. But there are others.

For a while it was looking like F9/11 would be playing in most major Indiana cites, but not Indy. Lucky us, we DID manage to get it after all!

8. I purchased 7 tickets today ..........!

for the Friday night opening and the guy at the box office told me he had already sold quite a few and was happy to see so many people wanting to see the movie. He also told me there is another documentary that will be coming out this summer called "CONTROL ROOM".... and he is asking everyone who sees Fahrenheit 911 to also see that movie whenever it comes out. He was happy to know that Tennessee really does have a few of us liberals. There are more of us here than you'd think.
