6. That's where Brits hide their money from the taxman.
My boss used Switzerland for his clients, but the family money was in the Channel Islands. That's the English Channel, between Britain and France.

4. You can spread it around

to Canada, Australia, Euro, Swiss, Japanese, New Zealand

Those currencies would probably remain stable with a weak dollar. As far as hiding your assets goes, well....Caymans, Isle of Man, Cook Islands (NZ owns these in the S Pacific)...but you should really do your own research far from public message forums.

5. I don't want to hide money....just put some in a safe place...
how do you find out the names of banks who are repudiable....gosh my spelling is so bad.... I try to sound it out but it doesn't always help and then I try to find a different word... and I am a avid reader...

I want banks that won't fail.... not lots of money...just something outside usa system and not likely to be involved if dollar fails....and possibly some place I might go live if necessary...
