"The Cooler": Anyone else see it?
What did you think?

This will sound bizarre, but I watched it on Saturday, and I'm still not sure what I thought...

2. I loved it... Really enjoyed that movie....
I expected it to be o.k. But I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Macy and Baldwin play their usual roles in the usual ways but there was just something enjoyable about the movie overall.

I can't even pinpoint why exactly. Just a very simple story done very well.

3. I saw it in the theaters and I loved it
It was funny and romantic at the same time. My only problem was there was TOO much of William H. Macy being viewed - aka his nudity

5. I saw all of Macy's crank that I could handle...
Maria Bello normally looks good, but I thought she looked a little beat. Maybe that was part of her character...

4. Great movie.
Though I could've done with a little less William H. Macy nudity and a little more Maria Bello.

:D

6. I just watched it last night-I liked it but the ending mmmmmmm not sure
Good story of the power of love and good old dirty nasty Vegas. My wife and I were pointing out where some of it was shot (looked to be Binions and Circus Circus -NASTY).

The ending where Alec Baldwin looks through the son's hand was not very believeable and the drunk driver saving the day was predictable but not too realistic, I guess his luck really was on a roll.

8. I don't know
Everything else was believeable in the "old school I've seen all the tricks way" but then THAT?!??!

the EZ MARKET ET blinking off and on was a very nice touch.

9. Dramatic Device
Not xray vision. It was used to show the viewer what the Baldwin character saw in his mind.

That's the way I interpreted it.

10. I give it

Interesting subject, great performances and seedy Vegas as a backdrop. Yeah, it was good.

11. Loved it!
Such a great "feel" to the movie, didn't make me want to go to Vegas though!
