Except that there's no cheese in it. I mean casseroles are just cheesy right? Pretty good though.

Try it.

Thinly slice a half dozen odd potatoes (the odder the better;^).
Thinly slice one medium sized onion.
Layer onions and potatoes with raw hamburger (about a half pound total is enough) and one can of cream of mushroom soup and a one half to one can of water and *lots* of salt and pepper in a medium sized casserole dish.
Cover and cook in the oven for 50 min. to and hour @ 425 degrees till near fork tender. Allow to cool till you can't stand it any longer.
