I started out today in a great mood & now I am just depressed.

First I learn more than I ever wanted to know about how a young, local child that died from neglect. Then my best friend called. She has been having a lot of health problems and went to the doctor again today and the are sending her to the hospital for tests. They cannot figure out what is wrong with her.

It sounds like you're feeling overwhelmed with all of that sad news... and on a Friday, no less. I'm sending out positive feelings to your friend, hoping for a good outcome, and also some to you, hoping that your day gets better.
