What's my religion?
I believe in the light and dark parts of the force, that Jesus was the son of God/Man who died to give us ever lasting life. I believe that the stars might have something to do with our lives and personalities, and I believe they don't.

I think it is possible to be reincarnated and that we share a collective life force. I believe sin and evil are real, only I call it stupidity and bad energy. I believe that Satan does prey on those who are weak. I think you can tap into lots of bad energy in your life and suffer for it. I believe that we are rsponsible for each other.

I believe the sins of the father are passed on, only I call it bad genes and bad upbringing, the need to break the cycle of violence, poverty, whatever.

I believe that science is the study of God's creation and that between science and religion we have about 1 millionth of it all figured out.

I think there is great beauty and wisdom found in all religions. I think we are all talking about the same thing in different languages and that somewhere God is scratching her head in wonder at what she created (not literally of course).

Okay, what religion am I? :hi:

3. I don't think you're any religion

You sound like a person who is more spiritual than religious, meaning your beliefs come from the integration of your heart, mind, soul and extensive observation and contemplation of the world around you, not exclusively from some book compiled centuries ago.

6. Sounds Like Universal Baptist!
I was brought up in a strict Southern Baptist setting. Over
the years, as I grow older, I have rejected many of the
Baptist teachings. I simply follow the teachings of Jesus Christ
and the great law, Love One Another!
Is there really a Hell/Hades? The Bible translates Hades as the
"grave." Is there really a Hell Fire? How could a God who
says that we are his children throw his son or daughter into
a "Lake Of Fire?"
The Bible was written and translated over a period of many
centuries. Some parts were ommitted, some added. Many take
the Bible literally.
Homosexuality is widely condemned yet those who use passages
from the Bible "conveniently" forget what the rest of the
chapter states. An abomination is an intense disliking. Nothing
says it is a sin. Jesus didn't condemn Gays. The Bible states
that other "abominations" are drunkards, revilers, extortioners,
fornicators, adulterers, lying, stealing etc. Accordingly, if
we are supposed to inherit the Kingdom of God, then
according to the Bible, none us have a chance!
What do you think?
