I have never been a fan of the Lakers, but I have always liked the Pistons, even going back to the BadBoys days.

I think this year's Lakers are one of the least admirable teams in sports history, mostly because of acquiring Payton and Malone. Here's two of the NBA's best talents, joining a team already loaded with talent just to win a championship. What happened to the idea of playing as a team, making other players better? Should the best free agents in a given year just gravitate to a high-profile team to win the championship? Nothing would make me happier than to see the Lakers lose.
