Courtney Love Wanted For Allegedly Beating Woman With Flashlight
An arrest warrant was issued for Courtney Love on Wednesday.

Love has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon — a felony — for allegedly attacking Kristin King, a friend of her former manager/boyfriend, James Barber, at his Los Angeles home "on or about" April 25. According to the warrant, Love "did willfully and unlawfully commit an assault" upon King with a bottle and a metal flashlight "by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury." The complaint was lodged by King herself and not Barber, according to the district attorney's office.

The Superior Court of the State of California's Judge Craig E. Veals ordered the arrest warrant on June 2. Bail was set at $55,000 based on Love's prior arrest record, the seriousness of the crime and the fact that the crime was committed while Love was released from custody on bail from another charge. No warrant has been served to Love yet, according to her lawyer Michael Rosenstein. "The charges are completely bogus," he said. "We just became aware of the charges. She is not a fugitive. We are making arrangements for her to turn herself in."

According to the court document, Love will be required to undergo DNA testing, based on the seriousness of the crime. Love has been ordered to provide two specimens of blood, a saliva sample, and thumb and palm print impressions.

3. I don't get it.
Not so long ago she was cute and funny as Kaufman's girlfriend in the movie Man in the Moon. Now, a short time later she looks like a hag and acts like she's lost her mind comopletely. What the hell happened?

5. Someday, her picture will be in the dictionary next to the word "skank"
I have never seen anyone who better epitomizes that word.
