Any mainframe people here?

if so - are you employed? Have you found a job with the recent announcement of 248,000 new jobs?

I have jobs announcements sent to me daily. Some are so ridiculous that NOONE would have all the qualifications they ask for.

1. i used to be a mainframe guy.....

.....MVS, TSO, DB2, etc. not anymore though. haven't looked at any JCL in well over 10 years now. i'm in austin, and outside of working at BMC software developing or testing DB2 utilities, i doubt there are any jobs here for mainframe people.
