Okay i just saw a commercial for Bacardi rum. They were touting how their rum has no carbs! WTF? I'm sorry, but there is something very wrong with this whole notion! If people watching what they eat are going to justify drinking rum because it's low carb....Well... I'm living on the wrong planet!

Fact is, people need to eat less. I'm relearning now. They need to relearn how to be satisfied on 1500-2500 calories per day (whatever their body type and activity level) instead of expecting to be able to eat mountains of low-fat, low-carb, artificially sweetened food all day.
