I think we all need this:

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
They're really saying I love you.

I hear babies crying, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll never know
And I think to myself what a wonderful world
Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world.

1. Lovely
I can hear Louie singing it now.
Now I can hear Willy Nelson singing it.
Now it's Louie again.

5. 'fraid not
someone gave me a (home-made) cd with it, but I lost most of my CDs a year or two ago. Been rebuilding my collection (not that I had many).

3. The Dogs Say Goodnight
In Louis' version, the line "The Dark Sacred Night" sounds like he's actually saying "The Dogs Say Goodnight" ...oh well.

8. I always thought it was "Dogs bark in the night".
I prefer the "sacred" version. I don't like dogs.
