Anyone have an RC hobby?
I'm looking to buy an RC car. Does anyone with some experience have any suggestions??? I'm looking for something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=19168&item=5900766038&rd=1> I only want to spend around 150 bucks and I figure on eBay I can pick something up that I can upgrade and will still move pretty quick. Thanks in advance :)

5. I tried RC planes for awhile
Never had much luck with them though. I've probably built 5 different planes, and crashed them all. My last plane had the radio die in a full-throttle nose dive.. It exploded into thousands of pieces and the engine drilled itself about 12 inches into the dirt.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the RC flying culture. They're usually nice people, but they're also very odd and they all move so slowwwwwly. It's maddening, I just wanted to fly my plane and get out of there. I'll probably get back in to it when I retire in 40 years.

Did the RC car thing for awhile too, but quit when I got a real car. :)

4. Well, if RC stands for Remote Control . . .
then we have had an airplane, a car, a helicopter, all costing well over $300+ and now they sit in the garage in many different places.

If RC does not stand for remote control, then I haven't a clue.

but you'll have a hard time finding anything for under $200 that's RTR. Duratrax makes a fun little RTR you can find for around $170, as well as Traxxas.
