now you can worry about your air conditioning going out in the summer, and how to replace it (happened to me last year; ouch!!!! 1500 bucks I didn't have, or if termites will invade; ouch!!! happened to me too!!!)

but overall, the good outweighs the bad.

plus, the deduction is a godsend during tax time!

I'm finally getting out of my noisy, white-trash-infested apartment building and am moving into a condo out in the country. The owner is charging me $450 a month, which includes the utilities. Hell, that's a $200-a-month savings just in rent! I can't wait. :bounce:

You really lucked out. Most one bedrooms around here seem to be $700/month minimum now from what I've seen. Good for you. :thumbsup:
