None of my bosses are here, and the only one that is around these days is leaving on a consulting gig this afternoon. I'm beginning to think I won't see him all day. Can't I just go home? I want to pick up Return of the King and watch it.

5. If you feel that no-one would notice,
and that you will make up the hours at some point. (Do you ever work late?) Then maybe you should go. Disclaimer: it's your job to lose, & not mine!

He's on his way in, but he's "on the fly" meaning, he'll be here for just a few minutes. Then I'll head home. I'll even ask him if he minds. I think I have a few hours of comp time I can use. I'm not worried about losing my job. This is a pretty secure college.

I have nothing to do again today. Return of the King sounds like a good idea!

And I also have the exact same urge. I'd love to get a jump start on fulfilling my dream of viewing all 3 movies in one sitting.

we have watched two almost in a row.. the third one is way long though. I was surprised my 8 year old was able to sit through it, twice!
