Driving law question:
There are a few intersections that have this situation. My question is does a RIGHT RED ARROW light automatically mean that there is no turn on red even if there is no sign posted? I have been honked at, sweared at etc for not making a right turn with on the red arrow. I was taught at some point that it meant no turn on red.

At this corner I can honestly see why it would be no turn on red. There is a highway off ramp and you really can't see on coming traffic all that well so if a car was coming up really fast it could cause a major acident.

2. Good question ...
I would think that it's saying "No right turn". Period.

4. Red means do not go....
period. Fuck people who honk. If you go and there is a wreck, then the other person could be speeding, talking on a cell phone, putting on makeup, and eating, and it would be your fault. You shouldn;t let other people dictate your driving habits.
