It looks awfully bloodied up. And from how he's been tilting his head in most of his post "face plant" photos, I think he was told to hide the neck injury. His handlers probably wanted to avoid the obvious jokes about how he's cutting his own throat.

Now time to watch the show tomorrow to see if they do a close up...

I want to see how bad the swealing will be, as to the bruise, or abrasion, it will be covered by make up... but they cannot cover the swelling.

But there is a bruise there as well, and really fresh bruises are also very red.... and angry looking, especially if they are deep... this one LOOKS deep... but in order to tell we would have to ahem, examine the patient in person.

Regardless this is far more serious than the WH is letting out... adam's apple... could really be bad

the answer to your question is in there... they would cover up that
he was more seriously hurt... as a matter of policy

It is not whether they would do it becuase they want to protect
you and me from the fact that he got himself hurt, (assume he was ok)

but they would do it because they do not trust you or me with the
information...just as they do not trust you or me with any other aspect of government. This is just their M.O. and this is why this is significant... assuming he got injured worst than we were told.

I also checked the rest of the photos... which are consistent with
whiplash... I wonder if in private they have him on a soft cervical collar and strong pain killers.

As to us having a right to know... well with this administration
I fear they will HIDE anything that even hints of weakness, for the Thief in Chief.

And yes on a human level I can still feel sorry for him... he will be in pain... but hey as a medic I had to treat some really tough cookies that were responsible of some horrors of their own... no, bush is not a boy scout, but at some levels neither were these "boy scouts."

Oh and yes you are right, this looks far worst, and I suspect it is far worst than we have been led to believe... but this is practicing emergency medicine based on photos, which have been known to be deceiving as well.
