My wife just left me.
A friend called to see if we wanted to go for a little booze cruise around the bay. Miz t. said "sure".

I said "Honey, I can't. I gotta see Gen. Zinni on 60 minutes."
She went.
I stayed.
If you missed it, go to GD and read about it or get the transcript.
Zinni may be Bush*s John Dean.

4. Here's what Miz t. says about retirement.
"Too little money and too much husband."
She also says "You retired. When do I get to?"

7. Ahh, retirement...
Had a client, madly in love with her husband after a kazillon years, but when he retired it made her nuts. After three months of togetherness 24/7, she told him to get out of the house a couple of hours a day or else. "I married you for better or worse, but NOT for lunch!"

I think 60 Minutes is about to come on in my zone. Thanks for the heads up. I tend to miss it a lot this time of year as I lose track of time on Sundays out in the garden.

3. I would have gone....
on the booze cruise and taped 60 minutes. But, that's just me.

6. You both pre-suppose that I know how
to operate that box under the teevee.
It plays movies.
Usually.
That's all.
