2. Maybe with the middle finger raised...it wouldn't be too serious of an
award.

Comics fans have something called the Sqiddies...or something like that. The awards wouldn't be 100% serious...some would be.

5. She could be up for one of the serious ones
An award for Lifetime achievement in Liberal politics.

Part of it would be silly (making fun of the Right) and the other half would be respectful with honors for those on the Left who have made a difference.
