11. I'm not either
I think that's a misconception about the Irish though, a lot of them have dark black hair and green or hazel eyes, in fact I think a higher percentage of Irish have black hair than red hair. Have you even read the book Angela's Ashes? His entire family had very very black hair and were Irish.

BUT YES, Dulles would be hard for me to make by 3. I'll try! :P

15. Pocho, you are the diety of the day.
I have a terrible weakness for Bailey's. I'm incorruptible for the most part, but offer some Bailey's and....

I love it over ice in hot weather.

I love it in coffee or cocoa in cold weather.

I love it all by itself.

Pass the Bailey's, and you can ask me anything.

19. Bailey's is liquid Heaven. I love the stuff. I'm kinda caught in the
middle here; Bailey's is Irish, I prefer Scotch in mixed drinks, and I'm Welsh (by descent, anyway.) Why don't the Welsh make whiskey? Or do they, and I just don't know?

Back in the dorms--I swear to God it was bright orange. Both that and Karkov vodka, NEVER AGAIN!

Irish espresso is good though, especially with one of those cheapass stovetop espresso makers. Save you about 50$ a week.

I also like Kahlua, Southern Comfort, Finlandia Lime Vodka, Smirnoff Vanilla, and Jack Daniels.

As far as mixed drinks go, I'm partial to the Moscow Mule (lime vodka and ginger beer).

24. Sounds positively tasty!
Due to a nasty case of apparent stomach flu, I'm rather compeled not to try it right now.

How about a mix for an Irish Man? I could use one of those... preferably one with a smooth or stocky, medium build and great flavor!

26. Bailey's fans: try THIS recipe
You take some sour cream. Add sugar until it's sweet. Add a little Bailey's.

Now you cut up some fresh strawberries. Put a few strawberries in a glass and top with the above.

Sort of a cheat on Russian cream the chef at my restaurant does... faboo, my friends!
