6. Just a little
dry mustard. A bit of Tarragon if you're feeling frisky. In any case, don't forget to sprinkle the paprika (just a slight dusting) on the sandwhich or salad before serving/eating.

I didn't say finely chopped celery b/c I thought that was a given...
If you're into the crunch factor but want to branch out, some sliced or julienned almonds are divine.

Just kidding. I have no idea b/c I haven't eaten chicken in so long...I am just metally picturing potato salad w/ chicken and that doesn't work.

Ok, now I'm curious...is there no recipe forum on DU?

22. Bell's Seasoning ...
you know, the stuff you buy once a year to make stuffing for Thanksgiving. Great blend for use in chicken, tuna, turkey salad. I also add some dried minced onion--I prefer the more intense taste and the crispy texture over fresh onion for this recipe.

diced. It adds a crunchy sweet zing. This is for old-fashioned american chicken salad with mustard, mayo and celery.

I also like curried with grapes and almonds.

The organic grocery in town makes a lovely one with sour cream, tarragon, and walnuts. :9
