only Vermont. There was (shockingly) a bill proposed in the state House last year that would allow gay marriages. Unfortunately it sort of died in committee. Neverthless, a rather big step. I think the 2004 elections will give dems a house majority and a dem governor. We might be able to put enough pressure to get this issue passed. The senate on the other hand..... is like 23 repub to 11 dem. I don't get that..... Two house seats in each senate district, yet the house is almost an even divide, and the senate heavily republican....

when BC legalizes, we may do that. Massachusetts is actually late on a SC decision about gay marriages. If Massachusetts legalizes them, I would rather get married in Boston since it's IN the United States, and not a foreign contract.
