What are you having on your plate when the sun goes down and it's getting late?

3. Nope....White Wave's "Wheat Meat Chicken Style"...
The *BEST* damned veggie chicken available.

I took the pie to work one night because my co-workers said that there was no way it would be good.

They loved it. One girl asked me to make another for her. Never did.

11. Where do you buy White Wave products.
I've never seen it in my grocery stores here in North Georgia. The only vegetarian pot pie that I have seen is Morningstar and it is lousy.

12. White Wave...
We get the Wheat Meat at a local health food store. Then we use the recipe from the back of the Bisquick box (using vegan chicken gravy instead of the soup) to make it.

Talk to your local health food store and see if they can get some from White Wave. Be aware though that it is pretty expensive stuff.

14. Look at the back of the Bisquick Box...
We use their recipe for our pot pie.

We buy a vegan pie crust from the local vegan bakery (which has desserts that are to die for!) but it's easy enough to make your own. The Bisquick makes the top crust (we use egg replacer instead of actual eggs).

The hard part is going to be finding the White Wave Wheat Meat.

15. Ooh, yum!
I love portabello mushrooms. We make a sandwich out of them at work on grilled olive bread. The mushrooms I can eat even if I can't do the bread...
