My Ex and her hubby have graciously offered to let me crash at their place the night before so as to save me a 2AM departure time from my cornfield.
If I do that, the Kid and me will probably schlepp our wheels in on the blue-red-green-polka-dot-whatever train. They live out by O'Hare.

Would you recommend packing along arm and leg warmers?

Not sure which bike I'm bringing yet. I'm waiting on a new BB spindle so I can fit-up the Shimano 105 crank with "Biopace" chainwheels I scored the other week. Just put a new set of Conti "Sport 1000" tyres on it, inch-and-an-eight-size.

There are NO hills on LSD, right?
