Couldn't they just have a pretend target, then?

For that matter, couldn't they just do like I did when I was a kid and use their fingers as stand-ins for pistols?

Saves bullets, at least.

dry firing is a common practice, it teaches trigger control, these clowns aren't going to be hitting much though.

I gotta admit, I looked at that photo and I actually wondered what that poor guy had done to piss his boss off that bad! And I thought the guy on shoe explosives detail at the airport had a rough life!
