1. at least its healthy
as opposed to the crap that is served to school children here....i saw "Supersize Me" last week and was stunned to see what passes for lunch in many schools in the US....

but they're only components to an overall meal. I'm not saying it couldn't be healthier but given that many students have a bag of Dorritos and two cans of coke for lunch here in the states - or Dominos pizza, McDonalds, etc. - that kids in Japan eat a balance of foods which may contain some processed meat as one component is, IMO, much better and healthier.
