IPOD Advice!!
I'm new to the Mac world, so I don't know my way around the system like I should.

Last night after I had gone to bed, my wife got bored and decided to upgrade the Mac's OS from 9 to OS X 10.5, so I didn't have a chance to back anything up.

This morning, I had to reload all of my settings on the Safari web browser and all of the other app's that I use. And WORST of all, all of my songs in my ITunes library were gone that I had purchased from the music store and all the songs that I had painstakingly ripped off my CD collection.

I was relieved because I still had all my songs in my IPod. I hooked the IPod up to ITunes and an innocent looking box popped up asking me something to the effect of would I like to synchronize ITunes with my Ipod. I hit 'Yes". My IPod is now empty.

Does anyone know if I can go find my old ITunes library somewhere in the bowels of my Mac?

1. Good site for ipod help
My husband handles all the Ipod stuff around here but I am the
"user". Here's a site I found which might help you.
It's a forum of sorts.

I love my Ipod.

2. I;m looking around here
http://ipodlounge.com/ to see if I can find anything to help you out. I know the songs are kept somewhere on your hard drive, a library or something. If you can find them there then you can move them to iTunes and then just plug in your iPod.
