1. I love them all, but...
...I am partial to CI, partly because of the concept, and partly because I went to school with someone who played one of the criminals. I had seen him before in a movie on HBO, but it was even more cool to seem him in a lead role on TV.

Later,
JM

2. Briscoe is done....

I think he was the longest running character of the ever revolving stars on the original. Too bad, I loved his little wise cracks. Probably the only way a homocide detective can deal with the day to day deaths.

L&O has always been very capable of filling voids nicely, so it should prove interesting to see who fills it.

6. Whats going to be really interesting
Is how the writers will create the void to be filled.

7. I love the over-the-top know -it-all character he plays
Is there anything he doesn't know?

9. He knows everything! I was watching the other day...
and he apparently knows Chinese too. He's like a brooding Sherlock Holmes.

4. Original has my vote!
SVU is my runner up, but it's hard to distinguish Chris Meloni's character from his role in OZ (the HBO prison drama). On the other hand, his partner in SVU is smokin'!

8. The original, baby!
I'm freakin' addicted. I've been known to catch two or three episodes a day! TNT in the day time, plus TNT early evening, then if it's on NBC!
