4. Hey, I am suffering from the big "M" (menopause) - there is no sleep

I am always around..let's say 3-4 AM! Oh yeah, it's bad.

6. I'm taking my sleeping pill and going to bed

i'm a natural insomniac.....I can stay awake for three or four days and still function....but I have decided that regular sleep is a good and healthy thing to do. are you really insomniacs or do you just like to stay up late?

But I too can function without 3 or 4 days of sleep. Also I love to stay up late.

9. 4 days in a row w/ out sleep before i started to slow down...

was once as far as i pushed it. i dont like sleeping pills, i dont like taking pills, thats somethin weird about me, i dont like doctors, i dont like thier drugs, ect. i find some of it ok, like antibotics to treat a bacterial infection, or something that i wouldnt have to take forever. but i donno if i could take a sleeping pill every night, it would feel unnatural to me.
