65. So did we! We've already put almost 2K on it, though -
gawd, I LOVE being off road! The old Saturn we traded in had about 97,000 on it, and never gave us any problems until the last few months. I miss the old car, but the new Jeep is a wonder.

What kind did you buy, johnnie?

My mom owned this car from 1994-2001 and put 30,000 miles on it. I've owned it since July 2001, and I've put about 60,000 on it. What can I say? I like to drive. :D

78. A mere 60,000 on my '95 G20
Just broke 60,000 last week, on a trip to California. I bought it in February '01 from a Toyota dealer in Homestead, FL with only 28,000 miles. They told me an elderly local woman had owned it, garage kept.

The G20 will get more of a workout now, since my old summer trip workhorse, an '89 Toyota Landcruiser, finally blew its transmission. I reluctantly sold it after 289,000 miles.

27. But They Are SO Versatile...
I'd use it for hauling camping gear, or for just pulling a camper-trailer. Great for saving delivery charges on lumber and other building supplies from HD or Lowes. Great for hauling brush and wood scrap and demolition/repair rubble to the landfill. My JD riding mower will fit in the back (but I'd need ramps) for easy travel to be serviced.

I'd take very good care of it. --- And I promise... NO REDMAN or COPENHAGEN stripes down the side.

"shudder".

It sounds you'd get a lot of use from a truck. If you camp a lot, having a truck would be handy.

A truck doesn't that much more than a new car, actually. Terry says, spending Allen's money.

has 166,000 and when I got the title from DMV it had this warning written across it saying that mileage over manufacturer recommendation. I put some money into repairing the radiator that was totally full of crude, they said, and its running fine. My other vehicle has 65,000, its a 2000 Grand Voyager. Got this one at a good price. So far so good.

on my 89 Toyota 4WD van. No major problems have needed fixing, just routine stuff which i do myself. I worked as a valet and drove one that had 320K back in 1994-5 and the guy said it had the original motor and that he'd had few problems. I decided then that I wanted one and searched long and hard for about 5 months till I found my "Betsy" as I call her.
