What kind of inanimate (or just no longer alive) object would you be?
If not currently what you are, a human, I would hazard to guess.

I would be a tumbleweed. The wind would blow me hundreds of miles, assuming I didn't get stuck on some damn fence. Think of the sights I would see! If I was a tumbleweed with eyes!
