Where's a good place to find reasonable mens' fashions?
I feel stupid asking, but I was perusing some of my wife's mail-order catalogs and I said, Man, if I was a woman, this would be cool, or that, or whatever.

I can't afford anything you know super cool, but I'd like to change my look a bit, particularly for work. I used to wear formal stuff (suit/tie, or at least button up shirt/tie), but I'm trying to bring it down into hip dress casual.

I'm uber thin and 33, so not TOO hip or anything.

Any ideas? Magazines? etc.

1. As far as stores go, Kohl's seems to be the best for me.

I don't know where you live, but they're all over the Upper Midwest. The fashions are really up-to-date and trendy, but also casual and buttoned-down styles too. And it's pretty cheap. They ALWAYS have a sale there.

2. I would actually go to Marshall's, TJ Maxx etc.
because they stock overflow from nice brands, including Kenneth Cole and Banana Republic for Men.

I would also go to the Banana Republic website and check out their sale section.

If you're near any outlets, check those out too.

3. A woman I know gave me a catalogue from Blair...
...you could probably find them at www.blair.com They seem to have a decent selection, nothing really trend setting, but decent prices as well.

4. Look In The Discount Stores When Shopping With Your Wife
And just pick a few things off the Men's rack that you think look good on you.

I would ask her advice on how to launder it though.
