What did Jerri do last night on the Reunion?
I heard she stormed off - what prompted it?

1. She was trying to make the point that the contestants on the show
are not characters, they are people and their lives are being disrupted, feelings are getting hurt and friendships are being ruined purely for entertainment purposes.

She was booed big time by the audience and got up and left. I felt so bad for her because her points were worth making.

2. I thought the audience was rude
I saw her on the Early Show this morning but WCBS broke away to show the Tony nominations. Sheesh!

4. Yes, I thought she was making a valid point.
And I don't think she was just talking about herself. I think some a-holes in the audience had the impression she was a crybaby and that's why they booed her. If it was me I would have given them all the finger.

6. I think if anyone else made that point...
they wouldn't have gotten booed. But for someone who was so manipulative of people herself and who has clearly used the first and the second as a career platform to say it, she clearly has no room to talk.

The first time you can plead ignorance. But signing up for a second season of the same thing.....you know the old saw "fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice shame on me"

I guess her appearance on "The Sureal Life" wasn't the cash cow she had hoped it would be.

10. World's smallest violin
They ARE characters. Nobody forced her to sign up...TWICE. She wanted to be a celebrity, she got what she wanted, and now she's whining about it. I woulda booed too.

5. WTF
Of course its purley for entertainment. Watching them fail. Watching them betrayed. Watching them burst into tears. That's entertainment.
Its not surprising some people don't see any abuse in Iraq.
