Is there such a thing as a "liberal" video game?
I like to think three of the games I play are liberal to a certain degree.

Spyro: Little guy beats fascists by flaming them.

Starfox Adventures: Fox beats up semi-mindless drones of a would-be dictator, who literally has a "power behind him."

Animal Crossing: Help the neighbors, grow fruit and sell it, even get frinedly advice from the cop.

1. Deus Ex
is sort of liberal. Well, more conspiracy theorist, I guess. :D

You can, although it's difficult, go through the whole game without killing anyone. I haven't done it yet, I loves me some sniper rifle.

But you're fighting the Illuminati, etc. The US Government is intentionally infecting people with a plague, committing terrorist acts on its own people, that sort of thing.

9. not really
you have to get into the game to see it, but it's got a bit of a liberal feel to it.

But it's also fairly libertarian.

3. Zelda games are Democratic Party-ish
Fight the evil so that citizens can live in peace and the monarchy is restored :)

Many RPG games such as the Final Fantasy games could be construed as liberal.

Right now I'm playing Knights of the Old Republic, it can be both liberal and conservative depending on which force side you err to.

4. Sim City 4
The way to establish a healthy city in that game is to institute liberal mayoral policies and ordinances.

6. Bullfrog's Theme Hospital
No matter how careful you are, you will hire psycopath doctors who will kill your patients as you try to save money for the proper equipment.

The game has a built-in conscience which extracts points against you for running things according to right-wing dictums of outright deceit, cheap labor and poor customer service. Alas, in the real world such practices make you a senator from Tennessee.

8. We have a gardening game...
...where you start off in early fall, with each players garden ready to harvest. You roll a die, and depending on the colour you roll, you can harvest one of your own crops (orange for carrots, yellow for corn, green for peas, red for tomatoes, black for any crop, even someone else's). If you roll white, the season starts to turn to winter. The goal is to try and harvest all of everyone's crops before winter arrives. Everybody Wins!

Ok, it's a board game, not a video game, but the idea is to cooperate towards a common, mutually beneficial goal.
