Weird new stuff:

One of my roommates is going to bring me along to hang out with Tony Shaloub for a night when he comes to town to promote his indy film. (I get to meet the guy who plays Monk! How cool is that?!)

In unrelated news, another of my roommates is going to be getting a conference call from someone who was very close with a very disreputable dead guy, and it's gonna be on speakerphone so I can listen in.

Those are pieces of the tips of the icebergs.
