As some of you know I've been looking for a new roommate. That isn't going too well, so I decided to start looking at other apartments instead.

I found this place that's a bit far from where I am, but is about the same distance from work as the current place. The thing is it's a HUGE loft style apartment which is kind of what I always wanted.

Click on floorplans and look at the first 1 bedroom floorplan. Check out the sizes of all the rooms :).

I'm going to look tonight and get my final impressions, if all is well, I'm gonna sign a lease ASAP.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot . . . the units are all brand new (completed less than a month ago).

I'm psyched :)

That 1 bedroom floorplan I'm looking at is only $900 a month :) :) :)

A comparable unit in Cambridge would cost about $1,700.

I'm drooling already and I haven't even seen the place up close yet.

seems nice. How is the price? (More importantly, how does the price compare to other 1BR apts in the area?)
