The Sopranos: Little Carmine is George W Bush
I got most of this from the Sopranos newsgroup:

Little Carmine: "The fundamental question is, will I be as effective
as a boss like my dad was? And I will be, even more so, but until I
am ... it's gonna be hard to verify that I think I'll be more
effective."

Little George: "The fundamental question is, 'Will I be a successful president when it comes to foreign policy?' I will be, but until I'm
the president, it's going to be hard for me to verify that I think
I'll be more effective."

Someone said to him, "You pissed on a bee's nest over there."
Sounds like Iraq.

Little Carmine: "I don't want what happened to my father
happening to me." Just like W and his daddy.

Little Carmine: "I need to prove I can be a better war-time
boss than my father." Reference to GHWB's leaving Saddam in place.

Little Carmine: "Historically, historical changes have come out of war." Sounds like vintage W.

Carmine's consigliere: "The only thing Johnny understands is force."
Sounds like Cheney counseling W re: Saddam.

And finally, Carmine's consigliere, his right hand man who is pushing him to war, had a quadruple bypass. He's got a bad heart, just like Cheney.

1. More broadly
Little Carmine lacks the intelligence, subtlety, and skill of his father, and tries to make up for it through brute force and bluster.
