2. Absolutely not
California is the center of the universe. Everybody knows that.

Besides, in the last poll I saw, Kerry led the Frat Boy by 12 points.

4. I thought New York was the center of the known universe?
Just ask any native New Yorker...

(note to New Yorkers..... that was a joke... while I have visited your fine city many, many times, and do not particularly like it, I do love the people.....)

6. Actually NY is.
Edited on Sun May-02-04 08:09 PM by Bleachers7
That's what makes that comment so silly. I am from NY and I know we are the center.

5. Can't we just have Orange County fall into the ocean?
I've no problem with the rest of California!

14. I think Disneyland is a small price to pay
for losing the suckiness that is Orange County.

The rest of California? Excellent. I love my state.

23. Orange County stays
NSMA lives there. Can't have that.

Let's just settle for the Reagan library sliding seaward.

12. Might I remind me esteemed colleagues....
.... That California will not "fall into the ocean." What is in fact happening, is coastal California and the Baja California Penninsula are slowly sliding northward.

I don't see that as a particularly bad thing. When I move back to Seattle, I'd like to visit my friends in LA without having to fly :-)
