I want my fat to taste like fat damnit! Hard yolks are digusting unless they're made into egg salad. But to each his/her own I guess.

It's kind of like sunny-side up, but you spoon the hot fat over the top so it's not runny.
No turning!

lox and onions. Last week I had them with lox, onions and pepper jack cheese and was that ever so yummy!!!!

in bacon grease *drool* Not too much though. Fry the bacon, drain the grease, and whatever is left on the skillet will keep the eggs from sticking and adds that oh-so-delicious flavor

If I'm cooking, I prefer an omelet or scrambled. Or a frittata.

If I'm eating out, I tend to go for over easy.
