I didn't doubt that you saw the plate, I just can't recall seeing a license plate with that many characters. Now that I that I took the time to investigate further, I'm jealous :(. Leaves a lot of room for imagination :).

Later we saw the same car without the plate and asked the driver where it had gone. She said "The Secretary of State's office finally learned to read."
