It has the lat tower, leg attachment and squat attachment, which we just got. I have been the first one to use it, since we are in the process of quitting a local gym. We added this to try to round the machine out.
It works well. The only problem I can foresee, is that when you put a heavier weight on it, I don't know of an easy way to get the bar up to and down from your shoulders. I did stumble onto a trick that was helpful to me, though. When you take off the large seat back, move the sliding seat back a bit and latch it, so that it is out of your way when you squat, but you can sit down on it in order to get out from under the bar, or lift it up. I am still working on that, it may be that I am not doing this right. (It could be that I am not using enough of the chain length, though).
It comes with a chain to adjust for height, and to use as a flat bench press. It works fantastic for straight leg deadlifts, helping to fix your position well, so you can concentrate on lifting, instead of trying to fiddle with your form for fear of hurting your back.
