"Hey, are you gonna be willing to piss off and alienate the people you work beside day in and day out without guilt? Do you promise to take corporate's side, even when you're validating the firing of Ed, who you personally like and enjoy working with?"

3. what pisses me off most about that stuff-

Is that we are doing our managers JOB for them. If my boss is going to get paid three times as much as I am just because s/he was born into a different class, the least they could do is fill out their own paperwork.
