not that I am sick at all, but my buttocks has been at full speed tonight. I am emitting quite a plethora of harmonic noises. Good thing my roommates are asleep and the Ms. decided not to stay over. I don't think my chair is too happy though :)

1. I just moved my arse out of Florida after 3 hellish years in Miami.
Noticed you were a Dolfan from Florida... The amazing thing about Miami is that, even though 90% of the people are Spanish types, there isn't any decent Mexican food in the whole town, so when I got a Jones, it was either Taco Hell or "Baja Fresh" which is a bit better. I'm so glad to be back in California where the humidity is low and there's plenty o' gooood Mexican food.

There are some nice beaches and some nice folks down there, but the crazy right-wing Cubans and the year-round oppressive heat were too much for me.

Good luck with those farts, by the way...

2. well I'm not from Miami
I am from palm beach county but I am up at school in Gainesville.

As for real Mexican food, I had a first-generation Mexican American buddy who's family (who were 100% Mexican) would do cookouts and parties all the time. When they cooked, they cooked! It was authentic too, very different from the Tex-Mex hybrid that Americans are used to. It definitely took me a little while to get my pallet used to it but it was so good once I did. His family used to tell me if I wanted to get authentic Mexican food, forget the restaurants; look for the little parked RVs and meal trucks that are popped up all around. She was right, those guys were the most authentic I had ever found. I just kind of pointed and said, "Good???" and he would say, "Si," or "no."
