NO Earthquake in or near San Francisco

My girlfriend is on a conference call with someone in San Francisco. She said that the person is saying there was a quake. She doesn't know how bad.

On edit: Actually, two little quakes. A magnitude 3.3 at 12:14 and a 2.3 at 12:20. Both slightly northwest of Livermore.
