Well, DU made me flood the backyard

and burn dinner last night. :cry: I turned on the sprinklers and then went to look at DU. An hour later, I remembered. It's sortof wet out there--puddles everywhere. Last night, I started to steam artichokes. Much later my daughter comes running in telling me I had burned them. It's all your fault.

Anyone else want to share some stories.

BTW, I just turned on the other sprinklers. I have to remember to turn them off in 30 minutes.

6. I've burned up my morning oatmeal before.

It cooks in 9 minutes (good healthfood store kind) and when I sneak a peek at DU for the morning news, I have to really listen for the oven timer or . . .burned oatmeal!

I did that with the bathtub once. What a mess and it was an inch from the electrical socket.
