mp3 editing software?
I've tried demo versions of mp3 editing software, but they're not doing what I want.

I want to select the starting second and the ending second of an mp3 file, and create a smaller mp3 file.

The software I've tried seems to be rounding off to the nearest 15 seconds.

Is there mp3 editing software precise to the second?

1. Have you tried Microsofts new movie maker?
It can also edit audio. Best of all ut's free!

i haven't done much with it but it does let you fine tune mp3 editing tasks ...

and there's a free download ...
