regarding Brooks and NYT
while reading somersby's column about the latest brooks screed i thought of a few things regarding the movement to expose the truth in the face of massive media control and the phoney liberalism of the elitist NYT.

Quote from the Somersby:

"But who exactly are “these people”—the ones who actually wrote “all these articles?” Brooks doesn’t name a single writer! Beyond that, he doesn’t name a single newspaper; he doesn’t name a single web site! Indeed, what is truly amazing in today’s piece is the way Brooks engages in the very conduct he condemns. Shedding wet tears, Brooks laments the work of those evil Bush critics:"

The fact that Brooks fails to mention examples and the fact that NYT ran this piece leads me to believe that they are seriously
concerned now about their increasing loss of credibility. When Brooks feels compelled to address an issue that the corporate media has so adamantly ignored but yet is on the minds of many is to me evidence that they are worried.

In most cases the corporates feel safe in killing ideas by ignoring them but now they are forced to fight a ghost (if this issue were to be judged only by corporate media exposure). Anyway, I see them getting a little worried now that the resource control game has been exposed so completely at this point in history.

They include the NY Times, London Guardian, Christian Science Monitor, Atlanta Journal Constitution, LA Times, USA Today, Washington Post. Tinfoilers all. Crackpots.

2. it's clearly on the table

Perhaps Brooks was afraid to compile such a list as to
blow his whole thesis apart
