and since every Dem voted against it, I don't see what point you're trying to make. I also don't think 5 out of 7 House Dems are DLC.

4. This is the overtime bill that the AFL-CIO wanted to strike down
I looked through the new democrat directory and 5 out of 7 Dem. no votes are DLC.

5. Wrong vote
the vote you listed is for final passage of the bill. The overtime vote was an amendment to this bill, which failed.

7. I know it's the Obey-Miller amendment that was struck down 213-210
I still would like to know where these people were.

Don't look at the "nay" votes look at the "Not Voting" columns all the way down the page. My bad for not making this clearer.
