Osama is useless, unless he's in Iraq

Was watching Clark on Tweety last night, and something struck me. Not to be excessively tinfoil, but from *'s perspective, what possibly good would catching Osama be unless he's caught in Iraq?

...And even if he's not "in" Iraq, under what circumstances would any politico worth half his salt not ship his butt to Iraq immediately? Even if they admit (quietly) they catch him in Kashmir, then bring him to a "convenient" base of operations in Iraq, and have the press conference from there.

1. I don't consider mysyself a "hatter." but if you think about it,

there is some sense to it. OBL is very useful to the misad UNTIL he's found.

It occurs to me (sounding like a mad hatter now) OBL could very well be dead, the misad knows it, and is keeping it under their hats where it will stay. Wouldn't even be useful before the election, really.
